Recipe for Masala Chai: Boil 2 gm per cup Masala Chai with water till you smell all the ingredients in the kitchen. Add one third of milk and sugar to taste. Once boiled well together and not so milky in colour, your Cup of Masala Chai is ready. Feel Free to add any other ingredient you would like to during the boiling process.
